Each of our products is made by Italian Artists specifically for the customer who commissions it. All our pieces are therefore unique and unreproducible.
Each of our products is cared for and finished in the smallest details by our best artists. We use premium materials to obtain unique and unreproducible results. All our products are use-proof given the first choice of the dyes used, resisting water and dirt.

Given the nature of personalized items and the “Custom” factor, we cannot accept their return or exchange at all. We therefore recommend that you pay close attention to the choice of product.

It is not possible to cancel an order just placed, as once it has been processed it immediately passes into the hands of our Customizer team who takes care of the realization. Pay close attention to the choice of the model.

However, the return is applicable in only one circumstance.

If the product is different from the description or faulty, Dr.hack will do everything possible to provide a refund.
